For the second consecutive year, Mejores Empleos magazine launches its ranking “The 50 companies with the Best Jobs” , with the aim of recognizing companies that, through their programs, policies and strategies, are committed to the well-being of their collaborators.
“We businesspeople face, every day, the challenge of safeguarding our most important resource: people,” said Carlos Sandoval, executive president of Mejores Empleos magazine. The only employment magazine in Mexico, with 8 years in the market, invites those in charge of the Human Capital areas to participate in the call to apply for their companies, and thus have the opportunity to appear in the 46th edition.
This ranking, explains the businessman, a specialist Chile Mobile Number List in Human Resources issues, unlike others that exist in the publishing market, puts the focus on people. “We do not get into financial analysis or ask ourselves if they grew by one or two digits, since none of that is achieved without a motivated group of collaborators, who are the most valuable ally.”
For this reason, the Better Jobs Editorial Group is interested in knowing about the programs that benefit workforces. And with this, encourage other organizations to aspire for the same thing: to be an attractive company for talent , explains Carlos Sandoval.
In the first edition of this ranking, whose ceremony took place at the end of 2018, the work of 40 organizations was recognized, including: Natura, Nissan, Wal-Mart de México y Centroamérica, AT&T México, Organizacion Soriana, Grupo Bimbo , Zurich México, Novartis, GINgroup, Excel Consultores, Kelly Services, among others.

In first place, the good practices of HP Mexico were recognized. “Having the possibility of doing a home office means making better use of my time.
